When I met with Jay last year, I expected to work on different things during the session, but what surfaced strongly were feelings of resentment toward my father. During the session, which ended up being extremely emotional for me, I was able to realize that although I was resentful toward may father I was also being extremely unfair and unloving to him. As Jay asked me questions about what I was feeling, it became extremely clear to me that I had been very hard on my dad and, as a result, I would not let myself show how much I loved him. The session reminded me that my father had done the best he could with what he knew regardless of the end result, and that I was only concentrating on the negatives--and it was hurting our relationship. My attitude toward my dad changed completely that afternoon, and although we still have our moments, I am much more loving and giving that I have been in the last few years. Jay provided an environment where I felt supported and free of negative judgment, and that was what I needed to clear a lot of negativity on different levels. “I felt a lot more energy this time during the bath. While letting the water drain I stayed in the tub. I felt like my legs were heavy and had no strength of their own (as long as I "played along" I know the whole time that if I wanted or needed to step out of the tub, I could - but I could also stay and feel what was happening if I wanted. When I buried the apple seed it was dark outside. A really cool thing happened (I think) when I put the oil on top and blew on it. I saw a spark of fire, two little embers of fire, like it was trying to light. I blinked and thought - no way! And it was gone. “In early January 2005 I had a phone session with Jay. I'm not suffering from any physical problems, but wanted to grow spiritually. I did not know at all what to expect, but can truly say that the hour plus long session was a wonderful experience.

Jay was able to rid much of my past life experiences and emotional drama that has been hindering me. I went through the session with feelings from extreme emotion such as pure joy to complete sadness. I was not a big believer in past lives, but after this experience I know there is validity to it. Jay would explain to me what information she was getting that was hindering me and would ask if I would want to let go of the past experience, emotions, nightmares, etc. Many times I would say yes to find reactions of laughter or tears as she used her powerful shamanic chanting. Now mind you that the things she would ask me would have no relevance to me today, but they obviously meant something deep within me. There was even a time were I was unable to let go of certain issues. She asked if I wanted to let go, but I found myself speechless. Jay urgently responded that I say yes, and I was able to break out of this weird trance I had found myself in. Immediately after she began chanting I felt lighter.

It was truly amazing how insignificant words and chanting could alter my feelings so drastically. After the work I found myself grounded yet extremely light. I felt like I was glowing and my roommates could tell a change within me. I felt high as my body was emanating clarity and peace. I truly am thankful for the weights that have been taken off of me. I am much closer to discovering my path in life as I was able to ask questions of myself and my future. I was also told to eat certain foods that my body was needing. “Our mother passed away quite suddenly in April 2004(she was misdiagnosed at the hospital and died of septic shock). My sister was having difficulty adjusting and I wanted to find a way to assist her with her grief. I learned of Jay and her gifts through an unexpected e-mail from a friend. I had been involved in communication with those in spirit before but this would be a new experience for my sister and I wanted to be confident that the person we selected for the contact session would be sensitive and compassionate as well as accurate. With Jay, we were definitely very pleased. A primary reason for selecting Jay was her ability to establish two way communications. This was important to us as we had many unanswered questions since mama died quite suddenly. We set up a joint phone call to Jay one night when I was at my sister's home. The week before my sister had a brief phone session with Jay for a bit of energy clearing to make the session flow more efficiently. Jay went out of her way to accommodate us as she scheduled our call on an evening when she had just flown back into CA from NC! The session began promptly.

We heard from many of our family including both our parents. My great-grandfather who fought for the south in the Civil War showed up in uniform with a photo of General Robert E. Lee! We had a very loving conversation with our daddy, who passed over in 1993. After my father's side finished our mother and her family came through. We were pleased that mama came as it gave us a chance to say goodbye. This was important since she was not conscious when she died. We were so grateful that we could connect with her again and get clarity on some issues we are dealing with. It was very loving and affirming. Also, some of her family on the other side gave us messages for others in our family. Interestingly, an aunt came through and made a statement which I wasn't sure was characteristic of her; then when I shared her message with her daughter, she told me that the message was indeed just like her! Our session ran longer than the one hour scheduled, but Jay was very generous with her time. In fact, we had several e-mail communications before and after the session which continue to enlighten and inform me of our spirit family's progress. She seems to have assisted quite a few of our family members in their journeys on the other side. I recommend her to anyone seeking to connect with loved ones who have made their transition. Her phone session and subsequent e-mails have meant a lot to my sister and me.”
